Michael Frazier

Michael was hired as Public Works Director in 2003. Prior to that, Michael worked in Dobson as a consultant with Hydro Management Services for eight years.

As Public Works Director, Michael manages all public works employees, oversees the provision of all public works services, works to expand and improve Dobson’s water, sewer, and street infrastructure, and ensures that all public works functions are carried out in compliance with federal and state regulations.
